Cockpit view?

Is there any way for someone to make a new look for the cock pit view sorta liek tho one in this pick http://www.geocities.com/slb5mod/ because i hate how the one that came with the game looks liek it looks funcky and thats the reason i dont use it much. Could anyone make a new view?
