It was $7 a month for 50gig bandwidth - if you use up the storage of 1 gig i will be truly shocked. The bandwidth determines how many downloads you can have from the site. if its a 10 meg packet download - the you should be able to get approx (minus visits to the site ordinarily ) roughly about 3500->4000 downloads per month - that is quite substantial (especially as it leaves approx 10 - 15 gig for normal web traffic - as that will leave for a 5oo kb surf of the site approx 15 - 20,000 visits per month anyways)

By the way.. you lot whinge about the costs to your internet... it costs me $90 AUS a month for 256/56 ADSL connection with a 1GB ul/dl cap on it!

Downwind - no-one is whinging about connections - this is a website thing. I have a 56k modem - with about 4kb/s dl, and 2.8kb/s ul rating at about £15.99 a month ENGLISH POUNDS. The reason i have this? Its unlimited access - i am connected alot of the time, but it means my landline is used so i can't use phone! - that cost another £11 a month for BT phone line.
Why don't i get broadband? no reasonable package offers 24/7 unlimited access for reasonable price. So - 1) read the posts first

for the person who said LB ???? its Lightning blast studios a new faction who will work hard to provide you with new mods for virtually any game that will accept it all for free of course but that goes without saying plus i have a 512 k broadband modem it costs me 25 pounds a month my grandad has t1 it costs him 25 quid work that one out then lb should be online but the mod is still being made and so not quite ready however there are plenty of other mods for other games on the site about halff a gigs worth to start for rf bf1949 stbc 1 2 and 3
bc armada 1 and 2 plus more that i cant be assed to list thx and peace

OOOHHH FUC* i just read the thread that goes on about our rights as modders i made our mods (lb) on the bases that it was self install does this mean thats its an exe do i have to get rid of it how annoying does any one have any ideas or suggestions before i go nuts over this its LB's first month and already i have run into probs with the upload caps site accomidation ect ect ect sorry bout the typos was very very pis*ed off when typed this

Hehe - i live in Leeds, but back in warwickshire i live in a small village. They got a gas supply around ten years back - i can still remember getting gas central heating instead of using the large amout of fires we have in the house. My room used to get down to about -1 degrees C in the depths of winter. I would wake up in the morning and leg it down to the lounge where the fire burned to get dressed. Seriously - it had ice inside the windows...........but then again i was in the one room that had external walls on every side, and a unheated room below and above.

Also - no broadband capability yet, although it shouldn't be too long. Can only have dial up there!

$2AUS to £1EP? That aint good - no wonder, it IS expensive! Shock!

Oh well - me trudge on my 56k modem - its fun for stuff i tells ya.
