Saved Games not appearing after mods installed

As the post said, I'm having trouble with my copy of FL. I installed a few mods with no problems, but the first time after I had activated the mods I noticed that my previous saved game files were missing. I beleive found them in the right folder, but they won't appear in FL, even after I deactivated the mods. Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven't moved them to a different folder, your original saved games should appear in-game once you deactivate every active mod (or, if that doesn't work, done "Tools/Restore Backups". Read the FAQ that comes with FLMM for more info on the moving saved games feature (if you don't like it, you can also turn that feature off).
