Usually i would post an answer, but in this case its a case of 'go to the tutorials forum, go to the thread by imagine that is the list of tutorials and click on the link to the tutorial about adding nomad encounters'

Seriousy - shows how much effort people put in nowadys into finding answers out before posting the same questions again......and again.................and again................ I mean you expect people to put in effort to explain it when it is THAT easy to find the info here already.

Sorry if that seems harsh, but the quickest way to learn something is hot is burn yourself. Most memorable way is to tell people this way about forums use (tutorials is for tutorials or 'how to' guides) and the search button. Both would have yielded the result you are looking for without having to type this stuff out by you or me.
