Big Yet Small Mods Group

I Am thinking of starting a Freelancer Mod'ing group that gives the People what they want.

Basically, they are little mods that nobody wants to do becaus they require too much effort, But when they re finished they would be great.

Post your ideas here if you wish.

At present i have two ideas- A cloaking device with HUD interfaces
And- Has anyone seen the matrix?- Agents!!, Have these random occuruncess of NPCs that are near damn impossible to kill! should put an element of challence and surprise into the game.

Yep, Matrix Agents.
I thought of having them in souped up Starfliers, That way you misintrpret them like on the matrix, But i still need encounter locations. Any ideas?

i would stay away from the cloak idea if i were you. a lot of people will hate you for that.

Actually, I was thinking to have no-weapons while the cloack as engaged (like the cruise engine)

and have a cloak disruptor (a gun with ammo that explodes on firing, that dirupts all cloaking devices in a 1 Km Radius) so it would be good in multiplayer to add an edge.

How do you plan on making it so a normal cruise disruptor does not affect it?

That just the point, cloak without firing would be alright for a fighter, but traders would love it. it would be sooo easy to trade.

Ive said this before, make cloak replace the thruster, press tab to activate. And you can cloak for about 10 secs but you wont burn.

Yeah, My idea was so it interrrupted the firing system so you can't fire. But as for the trader thing, maybe detectors that run of the weapons powerplant?
That way, you select it or press a key or someting, and those little squares show up in the HUD where the ship is?
