dll info

ok i got fleid for this **** and im looking through and i used anubis as my example to look at stuff whats the gibberish mean im a little confused when i search the ids info numbers and stuff this is what i get what does it all mean and what does each ids ino number do

i dunno but i atught myself how to edit the infocards lol using fleid last night i never knew how to do it before hand and i have naother question, is it possible to make the gun hardpoints go past level 10
