how to make my ship more manuverable?

Currently i have the Saber but it not as manuverable as say the Drake which ini file and values do i edit and to make it a bit more manuverable? thanks in advance for your suggestions.

The shiparch.ini - the sabre is bwe2 (border world elite 2) - bwe is the stilleto.
Look for the following lines (this is an example, NOT the sabres okay!)
steering_torque = 24000.000000, 24000.000000, 58000.000000
angular_drag = 15000.000000, 15000.000000, 35000.000000
rotation_inertia = 2800.000000, 2800.000000, 1000.000000
this is the patroits, the sabres has much higher values, meaning less manvoureable. The drake should be kf (kusari fighter - they all go by these nicknames). Find its values, copy and paste over the sabres. Now make sure you back up the file first, so you can restore the settings if you play MP (you will get banned from servers if the rules are no cheating, and yes - people can tell!!)
Then save the file off (save as shiparch.ini) and whip that sabre round to cause major damage!!
