Pirate Capital

I know its been discused, I'm looking for a Small Capitalship Modle for a Pirate Capital ship. Not something from Star trek or star wars but a totaly unique one that the freelancer univers could clain from a Roleplaying point of view. Anyone seen or makeing something that might fit into that walk?

I'm gonna start one with some IT mates and add one to my mod!

what type of ship did you have in mind? gunboat? cruiser? full out battleship? Maybe one that uses an ion cannon like those homeworld destroyers would be nice.

i'd like to get the kushan heavy cruiser, that ship is damn cool... or maybe the turanic raider battle carrier which looks nice too and has LOTS of gunsand could launch lots of fighters and can maybe fit a liberty cruiser inside too

I was playing SP today, and I had a revelation. Why not use the Luxury Liner model, attach some weapons, and use it as a Pirate capital ship? It sounds feasable. Pirates could have easily captured several luxury liners and converted them to warships. Shouldn't be too hard to do either.....

how about captured large transports? They are of decent size, turrets can be upped and can add some gun slots to them

Pirates are my favorite kind of faction
cause they are very powerful
and to show thier power
they should have a really big huge battleship that can eliminate a system without getting destroyed
