I am attemting a mod that will make the hispania dockable in the liberty system in the new york system.It will be an outcast faction an you will be able to buy the hispania on planet malta.But there is one inconvenience. I need your help BAD.

Making the Hispania dockable requires quite a bit of editting with the cmp file because, to my knowledge, the model has no engine or any of the other required hardpoints neccessary for the model to work. However, in theory it should work if you place the hardpoints manually. So whats the problem that you have. Its not crazy. Just ambitious and a little strange.
