I need help with my ship.. u upgraded the armor but...

i posted this in 1 of my forums, but nobody goes to it

i modded a ship so its armor is bigger 1600 add 0
16000
but then my ship only went 6 as a top speed and my cruise speed says 300 but i go faster than any other ship
i had to make a more powerful engine 48000 add 0
480000
and my engine is a crazy bastard now.
i put rever fraction to 1.0000
and thats the only way i go steady but i dont like that

CAN ANY1 HELP ME???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Did you happen to backup n e of the original files? If so you could try starting over.

i started over at least 5 times

i have 2 computers.

1 has unmodded (the better 1 cause i dont want to but it)
1 has modded.

I took out the modded files and i copied the unmodded files and i did the same thing. i think its a glitch in the game

Why didn't you just mod the engine of the ship_package - ie give it a corsair titan engine?? And a better power plant?

p.s - sounds very funnny though........sorry - i know it aint nice - but i would love to see a video of it flying to see a crazy ship. You should keep it - and put it in your mod for fun on one ship - the crazy race ship or sommat..lol

the cool thing is flying thru astroid fields

i kinda messed up the normal defender so i copied from an anubis and made it look like the 2nd defender.

then i fixed the normal defender and tried to copy from the normal defender and it did the same thing.

then i decided to copy from the anubis because i liked the red flames. but i had to make my new engine. i dont know why the engin doesnt fly steady though.
