I've been on the freeport 9 server a few times and as well as revealing the map, all factions are listed at game start, before you've even encountered them.

I like to jump around to different factions on my server (freelancer heaven) and I'm annoyed at seeing the liberty police faction, even though I'm starting at the liberty rogue base in buffalo new york. How can I change it so the liberty rogue faction is the first one you see, before you even leave the base or talk to any rogues, and NOT liberty police?
