now why on earth would someone want to mod those guns (which are the most commonly used in MP for V.Heavy Fighters) in particular?? They are already amongst the best for setups! Does this mean you are a bad pilot who gets whooped by people?
Anyways - try this.....
fc_c_gun02_mark05 (i think this is the del cid - certainly an fc_c_gun02 weapon -scroll down and look at energy damage for this weapon)
and which nomad?
special_nomad_gun01 - this is the blaster i think (I am totally going off of my memory - so i might not get the names spot on - but it gives you are reference)
special nomad 2 being the cannon - and 3 is the prototype - so don't bother changing it......
To get the right gun - look at hull damage and you should be abl to match em up.

p.s - you can't change the range - you change either a) the speed of the shot or
b) the lifetime of the shot .....both of these makes it travel further!
Good news is that if you are modding this cause you wanna be a pain - then you will end up getting banned from servers - if you shoot further then they can - its a fair bet they are modded!!!! (ie - no gun goes over 800m)

Haha, thank you. No, I'm just going to make my own ship and I want it to have a whole bunch of customized things to go along with it. Well, I'm not making the ship..I'm not good enough for that. I'm just helping someone else.
