I would suggest looking thru the tutorials... first and then the general editing forums...
Your question is the same as everyone who comes in and has never done this before... so.. it really requires you to do the work...
I would say the 1st step is reading a lot...
and the 2nd step is getting the .ini converter... called bini.exe.
Look in the download section.
The .ini files are simply dragged and dropped onto the bini.exe and get converted into thier original text.....
