I know how to change it but the speed doesnt show on the hud.

If im Cruising at 300, it says 300.
If im Cruising at 200, it says 300.
If im Cruising at 400, it says 300.
If im Cruising at 900, it says 300.
If im Cruising at 700, it says 300.
If im Cruising at 550, it says 300.


You can see what i mean.
How do i change it to err ... 400 say?
