Possible to create a model like the nomad 'wall' as a terrain, make some bases shaped like buildings and stick them on the terrain, and change the backdrop to something blue?
...I saw something similar to this before...

Its a lot of work. Almost too much work for something like that. Most people are making bases and ships instead.
