uh, testing, testing

hope this works...

I've had a bit of trouble actually getting posts to work, so *fingers crossed* any way, I am a newbie around the boards and, though my programing skills are about zero and my computer is so pathetic that multiplayer is a no-no, I wish to try and jointly with some experts create a few (or just one really big) mods that will drastically change freelancer: it will includem, hopefully, the normal new ships and equipment, but also revolutionise the trade system and create a campaign and multiplayer variant for higher level, more experienced players

please show your interest by pelting me with rotten fruit

We need more rotten tomatoes!!! Lol.

Seriously though, a large number of people come in here every now and then saying a great idea but usually don't really know what can be done and what can't without an actual SDK. You'd be better off tinkering around and asking questions that haven't shown up on the board yet. After you have a better idea of the possibilities and limitations, you can get more acceptable ideas. You also need to contribute first before most people are willing to help you.
