SuBXerO has done those two first things - make em flyable that is - and to add them to the ships list, change the marketships.ini settings at which ever base you like..... Did you check the tutorials section - they are in there......try looking a litte for em..
As for the other two ....?
and your last point..bases sell ships that are supposed too? um - aint that right? correct i mean?
Sorry - aint helped you one bit - but there ARE tutorials on making the transport flyable as far as i remember!

see what you are doining i eiting it, but u just need to open it normal and double click the system not right click edit and when u r in the system when u right click uwill now have the opyion of adding gates
