Edit body parts

How can I edit body parts ?
I know how to change Trent clothes or head ! I would like to edit some body parts in order to add some blood on trent's hands for exemple !
Does everebody know how to do that ?

The body models were done in poser, then animated.

try opening the models with the utf-editor, extract the skins, change 'em and put them back onto the model...
you can get the utf-editor in the dl section...
