It isn't hard if your willing to learn how to do things. If you get put off early just because it looks difficult, it is highly unlikely that you will achieve what you are looking for in life or mod-wise.

its not hard at all trust me on htis one, its just alot of trisal and error and question sking thats all it is most of use at lancers are more than willing to anser your questions to bring you into our modding world, you just have to be willing to give up some of your time thats all we can ask from you

Its not hard at all, all you need to do is start doing it (it might be hard on the bigining, cause its your first time). All you need to do is stick to your goal and do it. After some time moding will be so easy that you can creat a whole mod in one day. All you need to do is practice. Bike riding was hard on the bigining too, but you did not give up did you, the same thing is with moding, once you learn it you will not forget how to do it, you will only get better.

If Microsoft and/or DA didnt want us to mod, why didnt they lock thses files or something?

They did but they were probably rushed and didn't have time to do it properly and it was cracked in no time. Even better encrypted files usually can be cracked after a while if it generates enough interest.
