Weapon Effect Positioning

Does anyone know how to move the point at which a weapon's fire effect starts?

I am working on a revolving missile turret that appears to fire low and to the left of the muzzle.

I looked in the CMP file and saw values for Max and Min, but I'd like to make sure of what I'm doing before I go there! I can't see anywhere in the INI files where this could be changed.

Look for the HpFire node and its position. That is the location of where the fire animation is. Look at the orientation to see where the shot goes relative to the barrel.
