In the mpnewcharacter.fl file, which line is the corsairs in the reps?

I'd also like to start at Freeport 9 in Omicron Theta so people have easy access to the eagle. Could ya please explain how would do that also? Thanks!

There is a list of base and system names in the tutorials forum but you may find new strange errors with the news and NPC rumors and bribes if you change the base in this file. Mostly just cosmetic errors, you'll see what I mean if you do it.
