Guns and Putting htem in cargo

ok i know that u can addon weps to a ship so when u bu it it comes witht he weps but my questions is how do u get weps into the cargo uj know how u can carry extra weps well i wan to have ahsip start off like this is this possible

The players starting ship has 3 nanobots and 3 shield batteries in the cargo bay, maybe see how that was done? I'm pretty sure you just change the addon = whatever line to cargo = whatever

well i looked in loudouts and the line is cargo = ge_s_battery_01, 3 so ima try addon thing in goods file hopefull thatll work

it doesnt work i tried my game freezes up no such luck

Hmm... ok, so much for the obvious working

I don't know if it'll work but maybe you could try something like not putting it in a weapon hardpoint, like:

addon = my_gun, internal, 1

I doubt that would work but you never know. Don't the nomads use different guns than the ones they drop? Might have a look at the nomad ships that buzz around in MP games, allthough I could be wrong here I haven't edited the Nomad ships yet they're at the bottom of the to-do list for me.

lol cause i mean nanos can go in cargo it would prob work if itwas a loudout the stuff is prob in the dll's that i dont know how to edit lol

and 32 guns in themost amount of guns u can fire at once
