As I edit menus and texts of the game?

It would like know exists herself some tool that modify the texts of the game to translate into the Portuguese language.

yes i know it must exist

I have the german version of FL, but as i installed the TNG Mod via FLMM, most of the Text (but not all!) is in english now. No big deal, but its clear all text stands in the files that TNG has changed. Perhaps you DL the Mod and search in the mod-files for text, you should find enough.
I know, that a.e. the infos when you buying stuff etc. is in the dll`s, perhaps all text is in the dll`s, take reshack and do a lil search in the dll`s in the Freelancer/exe Folder.
