buy all ships @ 1 base

okay, is there any way to make all ships available on a base (fore example manhattan)? and does anyone knows how to make own weapons (wich ini's must be edited and how do i give it a name?)??

For custom weapon making, have a look in the tutorials forum.

As for making all the ships buyable at Manhatten, not possible I'm afraid. Each base can sell a maximum of 3 ships. Check the tutorials again for info on how to change what they sell.
