Rebalance 1.6B - Voyager Still Has no Textures

Guys there has been a slight Problem ... Voyager still has no Textures .. it's still plain white guys ... pls help me pls !!!!!!!

im using the old save game files so makes it easier to go to shi***u system ... does this conficts the texture files of the ship ? pls help POST ASAP !!!!!
