Looking for a Mod

Whatsup guys. I haven't tried any mods yet, and was looking for something in particular. First, I was wondering if there was a mod that opens up ships and weapons so that you can buy them at any level. Second, I was wondering if there was a mod that allows you to put higher level shields and weapons on lower level ships. I pesonally love how the Liberty fighters look, but they are just too damn weak to be able to hang with anything stronger than a junker ship.

All that you need is the FLMM (Freelancer Mod Manager). This tool includes some mods too, but you have more of them available to download. Ask the Forums about FLMM v1.2.

You know how you like Liberty ships, but they are too darn weak? Well, I think Liberty ships look cool, too, but I feel more strongly about Bretonian ships. If somebody would teach me how to mod, I would make a balance in House powers. Liberty ships would be good all around, Bretonian vessels would have extra armor and power ratings but suffer with cargo capacity and would be very expensive. So, somebody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE teach me how to mod!

The Monkeys are coming. Beware!

I have a mod that incorporates that balance between Bretonia, Liberty, Kusari and Rheinland ships among other things. It's running on a server for testing now, I have a post about it in the MP Server forum... http://www.lancersreactor.com/t/forum/t ... r&M=True' Target=_Blank> here

If you'd like to help test it out I'd appreciate it. Just make sure you're familiar with installing mods and using a mod manager so you can keep up with the updates.
