If you change the infocard.dll to change names/descriptions the changes can only be seen by you, and not anyone elce on the server?

of with stuff like that only u will see it unless u chnage the server settings u know cause thatys client side but like alot of things im not sure like if i chngae a weapon skin to like another weapons kin uknow what im saying like give the vengce fire to my lavablade will other ppl see it that i dont know, but u cant really affect the ser writing like that
