ok my osiris is still bounching all over what the hell is making it do this caiuse its pissing me off

Place a mass of 100k and the following stats in your shiparch:
steering_torque = 160000000000, 160000000000, 160000000000
angular_drag = 150000000000, 150000000000, 150000000000
rotation_inertia = 160000000000, 160000000000, 160000000000
nudge_force = 3000000.000000
strafe_force = 3000000

Not realistic maneuverbility so you can tweak it but you won't bounce that much anymore.

are u sure that will work what causes the ship to bounce around and stuff

That prevents fighters from causing you to bounce, but against static objects like asteroids and bases, thats a different story.
