White Star and Fury probs

I have been spending over an hour trying to find the answer in the forums to a problem I have with the B5 White Star an Star Fury mods, so I might as well ask it here. What can I do to fix the meshes on the mods (even the x-wing is doing the same). The are not showing any detail at all...in fact they kind of look like the enemy fighters from Titan AE. Is it an installation issue, or a problem with the video card settings. The Star Wars mods or the other hand have installed correctly and are working great.

It depends where you go the models from.

If the Xwing and Fury are Hostile Universe models I suggest you download Version 5 of the mod and get the new models. Kurgan and I have worked hard top fix the issues from Version 4 on some models.

Hey Netrunner, i am having the same probs with my install of Michael Dan's Rebalance Mods

What video card do u have? cos i have an old TNT2, and when I spoke to Michael Dan about it, he said that it could be the mip mapping settings, has to be set at "best image quality".
Also, he said that it could be the fact that the older cards have no hardware T&L capabilities.
Lol, he then advised to get a better card, which i agree with, if i had the dosh

I haven't tried changing the settings yet, but i will let you know.

If its Dans mod then you need only wait until he adds the new mods for those ships.

As for T&L. Theres a ini that says if the user asks for T&L give him software T&L.

So the game does not support it really.
