republic gunship (model pics/previews)
so, ive moded for X Wing Alliance, and i decided, what the heck. why dont i do it for this game too? anyways, ive made a republic gunship model. right now there are no textures, it doens't work in game, etc. i made it in rhino using tri faces (i know what im doing, dont worry about the importing). i plan to get it into milkshape soon enough. however, i cant work on it again till next week. so, here are the links to the pics:

and by the way, i know i dont need to include guns into the model, but i did just to give you some idea of what it will look like. plus i might just edit some guns and shove em inside the ones you see. i plan to edit the stealthblade mkI in that case to be a beam weapon.
which brings up another thing. i removed two of the beam weapons on purpose, simply because i dont want the game to be totally unfair. im thinking of making the beams that i do have eat energy ridiculously fast. also, where in hell do i put engines on this thing? i cant infd any based on looking at other models, at the movie, or in Clone Wars for Xbox.
and yet another "one last thing." i am probably not including an inside to this to be more movie precise. it is too weird in space, because if i dont have glass over it, the lasers go through, and if i do, the lasers hit the glass, which remains intact, so its kinda weird. the poly count right now is 1900, which im pretty sure is ok.
