npc names

does anybody know if you can customize npc names in random missions (assassinate/arrest) for example you could find a mission to assassinate someone you really hate or a celebrity, that would be such a laugh!!

I'm not a smuggler, i just sell alien artefacts and cardamine to the poor and needy!

But yes it's possible, I believe the NPC names are stored in the Nameresources.dll file (use reshack)
