Refire rate and sell level

where is refire rate of guns
refire_delay = 0.500000(onyx) but in game refire rate of "onyx" is 2.00.
And where is a level requirements for guns, i want to lower them to lvl 1

The refire delay is 1/Refire Rate
so 0.500000000 = 1/2
for changing the level requirements: just change in market_misc.ini the first number after the specific weapon to 1

MarketGood = br_gun01_mark01, 6, -1, 10, 10, 0, 1

to

MarketGood = br_gun01_mark01, 1, -1, 10, 10, 0, 1

(example doesn't use the Onyx)
