Where to get infocards.exe?

Where can I get this program? Zen's site's downloads section seems to be down. Any help would be appreciated.*waves little tin cup around*

I did find a program on this website known as FLEd-ids, which can help edit all the DLL files in your game. I don't know exactly where it is, but it's somewhere in this forum. It's quite easy to use once you get the idea of the program.

infocard.exe has become a myth so i would suggest fled-ids, fl ini referer, and res hacker, works fine for me
