Paralyzer Missile

Please tell me how to edit the ini files to get the paralyzer missile launcher. I need a very very detailed guide. Which progarm (ini editor e.g.) should i use and how? Thanx.

This is how to make the paralizer missile launcher available at manhattan
and a special bonus, the file is market_misc.ini in the equipment folder
edit your way or copy and paste this one
the paralizer is missile03_mark04

Ya, thought it would give him an idea of how to add more goods.
I got more equipment for sale than Wal Mart at Manhattan. I wish you could see some of the weapons and equipment I made, the effects on some of the guns is nothing less than stunning, I have cranked up the game just to do some testing and end up just sitting there and watching non stop battles.
