I try to edit system files.
I have a fresh installation of Freelancer.
When i decompress a system.ini-file and save it without changing anything, then there are no Patrols anymore in the whole System, no navy, no police, etc.. I dont know why.

I really need some help! Or can somebody send me a decompressed .ini file, which definitively works, i.e. LI01.ini. That would be great!
