Hello, maybe this is the wrong post, but i have a question:
Can comments be out in the Script.xml to make it better readable?

Well, I thought about the same thing but I flew far in the FL universe to start over again. But maybe after some considaration I will start it again, especially because reynen's mod have some bugs that makes life in FL a litle bit complicated. I want to check other mods, some of them seems to be very interesting.

IGx89: prog is great, easy to use, you could add an wizard to adding a mod which isn't with flmod extension.
I have a short sugestion: smaller window of log (or not at all, or resizing a main window to show log), greater window of "readme". In most cases changing mods is done without any errors and you do not need to check what happened but info about changes in mod is very usefull, even later, after playing some time you may want to check some things done by mod authors.

sorry that didnt work any ideas what the problem may be? i also dont use any mods, with my server/game, the server is Craig's Killing Zone, its one of the first, i just cant get myself on it without the server crashing. Has it ever happened to any one of u? its says the connection was lost, and is usually a interminiten problem. Any ideas?

nm i found out what it was, i had my raven mod save on it and it wouldnt let me load, lol

Very strange thing - I deleted all saves (moved actualy), than start game - crush. I moved some files back (restart.fl and a few files saved before mod) - game crush. I activated reynen's mod earlier version - everything seem to be ok - game starts. What can I do else to make game running again without mod (I can reinstall game ofcoz)?

It could be that there are some files missing from your Freelancer directory, and when you activate Reynen's mod it adds the missing files. Yep, your best bet is to reinstall Freelancer or unzip the ini backup zipfile (in the Downloads section) into your Freelancer folder.

Isado and Jaroj: Thanks for the suggestions; I'll try to add those into the next version if I have time. If I don't, they'll probably make the next version after that

I need some opinions: should I move the \mods directory from Program Files\Freelancer Mod Manager into the main Freelancer directory, or just leave it the way it is? Does it matter at all?

Short status update: I have automatic dll editing working now!
Now to polish it up, possibly add xml resource adding, and make the mod mix-n-match system more flexible.

sounds cool - cant wait to get me hands on the dll editing thing.
id leave the mods folder where it is - makes it nice and neat

do you have a list of the commands available in the xml/schema thing?
just curious to see if theres more i could be doing to this poor defenceless game

wish we could automatically find out if the server we're about to connect to is running the same mod/version - could this be automatically slotted into the description of the server if its started through flmm?
