how do yuo get to the ship files?

i am trying to get to the files you can mod but all I get is a bunch of squares. do i need to unzip them and how do i do that? please help i'm nit even sure i have the right files.

I'm going crazy, want to come along?

you need a programme called bini to edit the ini files off the game,i just looked in the downloads section for you but it doesnt seem to be there anymore,if you email me at kenster9119:hotmail.com i will send it to you when i can.hope this helps.
