What file handles the bribes for the various groups?

I´m looking for the file which handles the bribes for all the groups in Sirius (eg. Corsairs and Zoners can be bribed at Freeport 9). As of yet I have not been able to find it. Any clues?

Use the Ids editor and search in the offerbriberesources.dll
