Is it possible to mod the cinematics?

Hi, I was just wondering if the cinematics engine was modable such that you can create your own in game cinematics?
More specifically, the "character" interaction in the game.

Hello.

Given what can already be modded id say yes with confidence here but i dont actually know. The place to start looking is almost certainly in /data/missions.

If the configs exist, thats where they will be.
