can i look at .fl files

hi all

is there any way i can look at the files in the multiplayer accounts folder on my server. they are .fl files

the reason i want to open them is to see how much money a player has
and to see how long they have played on the sever.

the reason i want to see this info is to ban the money cheats
the people that use uber shield etc get found out sooner or later so i not to worried about them yet..

Had any luck yet? I'm also having trouble finding a program that will parse the .fl files.

Notepad seems to lock up when it tries, my Hex editor does not display any useful information, and my other general text editor complains "out of memory" when it clearly isn't.

Anyone found something that works yet?
