im almost finished doing a k'tinga/d-7 at the moment - just need to work out where to put the d*mn cargo bay door hardpoints
.oh, and do the dll/info card thing - but i have got it in game and flying at the moment.
this is my first attempt so the dll/info card thing may take a while but i do have a beta version that works with FLMM ( the most basic way of course cos i aint great at that xml thing yet either).
i found the model on the net for download but im afraid i cant remember what its meant to look like skin wise - so ive made mine all rusty and claimed it was found as a derelict .
also wasent that contientious when i customised it so its got hull strength 10,000, 9 class 10 guns,a level 10 turret and the torpedo and missile launcher (gun no.1)hidden inside the head -trying to make it look like they fire from the nose sensor
. also it has 2 engines and moves at twice normal speed in standard flight.its got all the pretty lights and contrails on it but its looks have made me christen it "the battling rustbucket"
if you have any ideas as to proper stats/skins etc could you drop me an email?
ive also got a model of the enterprise and a bird of prey but the latter is full of holes and this is my first attempt at modeling so it may take me a while to patch em all
and what angle are the wings meant to be on that thing anyway? -i like em swept downwards but the model i found has em sticking straight out.
the enterprise and uss ships could be tricky cos any guns you put on em would ruin the lines imho - and i have no idea what size any of these things should be.
which leads me to the next thing -

what is the quality of your models? are they still able to load in milkshape? there only seem to be a few of us interested in adding trek ships so it makes sense for us to try and pool our knowledge/resources i think.
anyway enough of my inane ramblings , its 11 am so id probably better go to bed now.
