As you will guess, this is my first post, I've looked through the various posts, and can't seem to get what I want.

This is - a general programme (so I'm English!) to make mods/ships &c.

If any people here have played Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, you'll know what I mean - that's got a good editor [the TES editor. In fact, even Homeworld & Cataclysm have their own mod programmes. However, the one I am interested in at the moment is Freelancer.
