Getting Champion Shield

Hey guys, this is my first post here...I was just wondering if it would be possible to get an advanced champion shield (lvl 10). This shield is not available to buy at any stations, but it is in the game. What files would I have to modify and what specifically would I have to do? I have tried to look through the other threads for this info, but I haven't found it. If you could help me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

Go to st.equipment.ini

Find the nickname for adv. champ shield (shield01_mark10)

then goto market_equipment.ini under base you want (LI01) replace one of the shields nickname with the nickname you found.

No need to replace, just copy an existing entry and change the nickname to shield01_mark10_hf.
