Does anyone know how to or have a mod to actuallt pilot battlehips battleships?

It might be coz i dont have a ini extractor could you could either tell me where to get one i tried

check the frelancer mod manager at the top of the forum there are several there

yeah but i want to find a .ini extractor and i cant find it everyone says this site has one but unless it is hidden i dont see where
