Resource .dll Files

Does anyone have any code that allows me to read and write values into the resource .dll files?

I am writing a application for FL in VB.NET, but if anyone can give me some code, any language to read and write the files, it would be much appreciated.

The Win32api provides support for resources.
Check out http://msdn.microsoft.com and search for BeginUpdateResource.
