!!!!Question about self-made ships!!!!

So finally, ive made a batlleship, mentioned in the forums below and it really interesting to fly with it BUT:
I think it would be very cool if the computer could have some cruisers gunboads and even battleships in the SP (not in storymissions!!!) and MP too!
Its fun to crush an Rheinland cruiser with DIAMONDBACK
SO here is my question:
Is it possible to have Battleship, crusiers and Gunboats which are flying aruond, and attacking you if you are hostile ?? These ships could carry REALLY strong weapons and turrets. In MP, that means, if you are pirat, be quick or be toast.But if you got some friends you could try to crush them out.
It this possible???
