file converter 3dmax/milkshape

Hi,

can someone give me a file converter to convert 3dmax/milkshape files into FL files?

If you have Max you can simply export your mesh into 3ds format as MilkShape read it.

but I don't have milkshape.

And I don't know where I can get one..
