MY NEW STATS SERVER..TEST
Well i've spent like 4hours today learning the code and all the ID's....and right now just for the hell of it..my server is ALL ABOUT a Free for all.
You start in new york ,of course, BUT the sabre ,titan and eagle are available at manhatten...all C10 guns are available to buy there..along with sunslayer and ripper mines and cannonball missles...my cruise speed is warped but that is client side(weird how it still works even tho server isnt changed,i've joined a few server where my instant delay to cruise and speed is totally visible to others)anyway, ..i have altered the lvl 8,9 &10 shields to this
The lvl 8 has
15,000 hit points
regeneration_rate = 2000 --very fast recharge but low total HP
max_capacity = 15600-decent HP capacity
constant_power_draw = 75 -make guns charge slower
rebuild_power_draw = 150 -when shield charging guns charge alittle slower
Lvl 9
hit_pts = 25000 -
regeneration_rate = 1000-regen slowed than lvl8
max_capacity = 19800-higher HP capacity
constant_power_draw = 100-guns charge slowed than lvl8
rebuild_power_draw = 200 -guns much slower charging while shield down
lvl10
hit_pts = 50000
regeneration_rate = 400
max_capacity = 30000-highest HP ,but slowest charging rate
constant_power_draw = 200-very slow guns charge
rebuild_power_draw = 400-very slow shield charge
I've tested it alittle myself..and found ,to me,its more balanced..u have to choose the shield according to how you fight..do you stay in direct fire longer and are a good shot (lvl10) or do you move around alot and not get hit too much and need more energy for guns(lvl8) i have more plans to alter lvl 7-10 guns as well...also tried experimenting with the big battleship turrets LOL..looks like a tumor on side of **** HUGE BLAST..but like 60hull dmg LOL...
I created my server soley for the purpose of PvsP..so people who wanna duel dont have to spend 10-40hours getting good stuff.I will make lower lvl ships available too for those who like it that way....oh did i mentoin you start out with $500million
