Questions Answers Needed

Ok my 1st question is where is a .ini decomplier thats good for the changing speed modification and also where can I get it.The EXO MOD for new ships where can I get this I don;t see it on the download page.

Bini is available in the download section, that works great. If you just use the command-line program in the zip to change the ini's to text files you can edit them in notepad and then rename the decompiled files to ini and the game loads fine. I don't know where you can get the mod from if it isn't in the download section.
