what is the best turret and torpedo ?

which turret is the strongest ?
and which torpedo is the best ?

also, are they any good level 9 missiles ?

Sunslayer for torpedo.
Turret is arguable.

You can also change the stats on any weapon to be better then the rest, so it really doesn't matter.

Sunslayer for torp
Nomad turret for turret
and firestalkers and canonballs own if used properly
